Refund and Cancellation Policy

I ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice of cancellation of appointments. In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel at short notice (i.e. less than 48 hours) the full fee will still apply. I fully understand that life gets in the way sometimes. It may be possible to swap to a video call rather than a face-to-face meeting if that makes it possible for you to attend a planned session and I will, of course, make every effort to arrange an alternative time to meet within the same week. However, if neither of those options are possible, the full fee will still apply.

Non-attendance without notice will always incur the full fee.

No refunds are offered as all payments are made after a session has been completed
