As a Clinical Psychologist I am passionate about helping people to understand why they are struggling now. Do you find despite all your best efforts you get stuck in the same patterns of relationships? Are you trying to avoid difficult memories, and is this limiting your quality of life? Are you, at times, overwhelmed with feelings of shame, anxiety or sadness? I understand the exhaustion. Looking back together at past experiences of trauma, whether these be events or within relationships, I have hope that we can understand these current patterns and offer you the support and space to find a different path.

Please contact me to arrange a free 20 minute consultation. I know this can feel like a really big step. I’d like to be there to support you on this next step of your journey.

I am a Clinical Psychologist and have Chartered membership of the British Psychological Society. I have 15+ years of experience working in the NHS with adults with complex psychological and mental health difficulties. I am trained to doctoral level in a variety of therapeutic approaches and have post graduate training in Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). I have completed the Perinatal Clinical Psychology Training (University of Exeter / British Psychological Society Approved). I am currently working in the NHS as lead for Psychology in a Specialist Mental Health Service for adults and have a small private practice.
