class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are no dedicated wheelchair-accessible toilets. However, there is a larger cubicle in the ladies which can comfortably accommodate the use of a walking frame. The<br>multistorey can also be accessed through the Meadows surface level car park. (Go<br>through the surface level car park following the signs for the exit. The entrance to the<br>Multi Story is on the left just before the exit to the surface level car park.) Leave the<br>car park via the pedestrian exit following signs to the town centre and shops. Walk<br>round the corner to the right past the entrance to Iceland and Burgundy court will be<br>on your right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.chelmsford.gov.uk\/parking-and-travel\/car-parks\/meadows-retail-carpark\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/www.chelmsford.gov.uk\/parking-and-travel\/car-parks\/meadows-retail-carpark\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The Meadows Retail Surface<\/strong> <strong>car park<\/strong> &#8211; this is well signed as you come into the city<br>centre.
