Fees<\/strong>: My usual fees are \u00a3100 – \u00a3200<\/strong> for a 50-minute<\/strong> therapy session. This is based on the type of therapy offered and the intricacy of your case. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

EMDR<\/strong>: it is generally recommended that EMDR sessions be longer duration, however, this can be agreed on an individual basis. The fee for an 80-minute<\/strong> reprocessing session starts at \u00a3150<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additional costs: <\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reports will incur additional costs (pricing varies dependent on length and complexity). There may also be additional costs if you are funded via insurance \/ Occupational Health \/ Employee Assistance programmes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

External administration \/ liaison \/ attendance of online meetings: Half normal hourly rate<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancellation fees<\/strong>: I ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice of cancellation of appointments. In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel at short notice (i.e. less than 48 hours) the full fee will still apply. I fully understand that life gets in the way sometimes. It may be possible to swap to a video call rather than a face-to-face meeting if that makes it possible for you to attend a planned session and I will, of course, make every effort to arrange an alternative time to meet within the same week. However, if neither of those options are possible, the full fee will still apply. Please note that non-attendance<\/strong> without notice will always incur the full fee<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Discounts: <\/strong>I do offer some reduced fee slots for people on low income and NHS workers. Please speak with me directly to discuss this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Appointments<\/strong>: I offer both in-person appointments based in Chelmsford (Suite 6 Burgundy Court, 64-66 Springfield Road, Chelmsford, Essex, CM2 6JY) and therapy via video call (Zoom or WhatsApp) depending on your preference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Payment<\/strong>: For new clients, initially I ask for payment via bank transfer within 48 hours. Once established, invoices will be sent at the end of the month for immediate payment<\/p>\n\n\n\n
