In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel at short notice (i.e. less than 48 hours) the\u00a0full fee will still apply. I fully understand that life gets\u00a0in the\u00a0way sometimes. It may be possible to swap to a video\u00a0call rather than a face-to-face meeting if that makes it possible for you to attend a planned\u00a0session and I will, of course, make every effort to arrange an alternative time to meet within the same week.
